TERMS AND CONDITIONS
How can I rent this apartment in the south of France: You can contact the owners direct via the “Contacts” page of the website (www.gdayceret.com.au) or you can email the owners on bookings@gdayceret.com.au
All communications are direct with the owners so you will be assured of getting the correct information you require.
If you are interested in renting the apartment for a period that has “Unconfirmed Bookings” on the Availability Calendar, please submit a request for consideration as only “Confirmed Bookings” should be considered as unavailable.
Length of Stays: Generally, the owners are seeking bookings in blocks of seven (7) days. Bookings commence and end on a Friday with Check-in at 4pm and Check-out 10am. In certain circumstances the owners may consider variations to these conditions.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit of $500 is payable at the time of making your booking. The payment of this Security Deposit will confirm your booking but is NOT part of your rental fee. The Security Deposit is held by the owners until a maximum of 2 weeks after you vacate the premises and will be refunded, less costs (if any) for breakages and/or damages. The owners appreciate that most people respect the property of others and will treat them as though they are their own. Therefore, we would expect and hope that the Security Deposit would be refunded in full.
Payment: Payment in FULL for the entire period of your rental is required 90 days prior to taking occupancy of the apartment. FULL payment is in addition to the $500 Security Deposit previously paid.
Failure to pay the required amount 90 days prior to occupancy will deem the booking lapsed and the apartment will immediately be offered for rent to others.
Bookings made within the 90 day period will require immediate payment of the entire rent in addition to a $500 Security Bond in order to secure the booking.
Cancellation: In the unfortunate situation where you need to cancel a booking the following will apply:
Bookings outside 90 days prior to occupation will result in the Security Deposit being refunded in full.
Bookings inside the 90 days prior to occupation, the Security Deposit will be refunded in full. The rent for the period will be held by the owners until such time as the apartment is re-let for the same period as your original booking. Should the apartment be re-let for the full period of your original booking, your entire payment will be refunded. Should the apartment be only partially re-let, a refund for the period that it was re-let only will be refunded.
The owners recommend that you take out private travel insurance to cover instances whereby the apartment may not be re-let at such short notice resulting in you forfeiting part or all of your payment.
Payment: Payment can be made in either AUD$ or Euros direct to either of the Owner’s Australian Bank Account or French Bank Account.
Refund of Security deposit will be made direct to your Bank Account.

FREE French TV
Departure Clean (based on the apartment being left in similar condition to when you checked-in.)
Communication: The owners are happy to assist you with answering any questions you may have. Good Holiday apartments for rent in the south of France are often extremely popular and the owners recommend that you secure your reservations as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
